Ratos sells TV8 to MTG

RATOS SELLS TV8 TO MTG Today, Ratos has made an agreement to transfer its entire shareholding in TV8, equivalent to 80 per cent of capital and votes, to MTG. Through the sale, Ratos has achieved its previously-stated ambition to find an owner for TV8 in the media sector during 1999. The sale affects the net asset value of Ratos, which on 27 August amounted to SEK 106 per share, by approximately 1 per cent cent or SEK - 1.50. The Groupwise capital loss is estimated to amount to SEK 38M.
