Reduction of share capital The decision taken at Ratos's Annual General Meeting held on 5 April 2001 to reduce Ratos's share capital by SEK 8,222,500 corresponding to 657,800 class B shares has now been implemented. Following the reduction of its share capital, Ratos's holding of repurchased shares amounts to 1,687,100. The share capital now amounts to SEK 1,008,282,825 represented by a total of 80,662,626 shares comprising 21,641,127 A shares and 59,021,499 B shares.
