RAUTE CORPORATION’S FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2024

Raute Corporation will publish the following financial reports in 2024:

- Financial statements release for 2023 on Thursday February 15, 2024

- Interim report January - March on Friday May 3, 2024

- Half-year financial report January - June on Thursday August 8, 2024

- Interim report January - September on Thursday October 31, 2024.

Raute’s Annual Report 2023 will be published on the company’s website www.raute.com no later than in the week beginning March 4, 2024 (week 10).

Raute Corporation’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Lahti on Thursday April 4, 2024. Raute’s Board of Directors will convene the Meeting at a later date.
