RAUTE’S ANNUAL REPORT FOR 2022 HAS BEEN PUBLISHED
Raute Corporation’s Annual report, audited consolidated financial statements, parent company financial statements, Corporate Governance statement, Non-Financial Information statement and Remuneration report for the year 2022 have been published today. The reports are available both in Finnish and English.
In accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements, Raute publishes the Financial Statements in XHTML format in Finnish. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements and notes to the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Raute’s ESEF consolidated financial statements in Finnish in accordance with ISAE 3000.
The reports are attached to this release as pdf files and are also available on the company’s website at www.raute.com > Investors > Result Center.
Additionally, Raute will publish a separate Sustainability Review 2022 by the end of March, which will be available also in the same place at the company’s website.
