With James's official start date with Readly being Monday 3rd March, he was quickly into the action jetting off to our Swedish headquarters for 3 fulfilled days learning all and everything Readly. With his role as Head of Publisher & End User Support at Readly UK, James will now start the work to build the best-in-business support function for both UK publishers and end users.
James joins with an exceptional understanding of business information systems and customer support from companies like Xerox, UBM and WDS and will be a very good asset to Readly when further developing our quality levels to premier standards.
We are all extremely excited to have James on board and look forward to seeing him in action, welcome James!
