Change in the total number of shares and votes in Recipharm AB (publ)

In January 2015, the number of shares in Recipharm AB (publ) (“Recipharm”) has increased by 2,114,999 shares of series B, corresponding to 2,114,999 votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from conversion of convertible bonds issue in connection with the acquisition of Corvette Pharmaceutical Services Group, completed on 1 October 2015. 

As of 30 January 2015, the total number of shares in Recipharm amounts to 42,803,874, divided into 12,685,716 shares of series A and 30,118,158 shares of series B. The total number of votes in Recipharm as of 30 January 2015 amounts to 156,975,318.
