Change in the total number of shares and votes in Recipharm AB (publ) ("Recipharm")

In April 2014, the number of shares in Recipharm has increased by 10,443,038 shares of series B,  corresponding to 10,443,038 votes, as a result of two new issues made in connection with Recipharm’s IPO and subsequent listing on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. 

Furthermore, during the same period, 1,374,407 shares of series C have been issued in connection with the conversion of outstanding convertible bonds in Recipharm. These shares of series C have been converted into shares of series B. In total, 97.8 percent of the convertible bonds have been converted into shares. 

As of 30 April 2014, the share capital in Recipharm amounts to SEK 18,594,437.50, divided into 12,685,716 shares of series A and 24,503,159 shares of series B. The total number of votes in Recipharm as of 30 April 2014 amounts to 151,360,319.
