Recipharm completes acquisition of Flamel Technologies facility in France

The contract development and manufacturing organisation, Recipharm AB has today completed the purchase of the Flamel Technologies SA facility located in Pessac, France.

Thomas Eldered, CEO of Recipharm commented: “I am very happy that we have been able to transfer ownership of Pessac this quickly after only signing the agreement a few days ago. In the 4th quarter, we shall consolidate into our accounts the Corvette acquisition from 1st of October, Lusomedicamenta from of 1st of November and now Pessac from 1st of December. The focus will now be to integrate these acquisitions successfully into Recipharm and maximize benefit from the business opportunities they create.”
