The Chief Financial Officer of Relais Group Plc (“Relais Group”, “Company”), Pekka Raatikainen has decided to pursue his career outside the Company. Raatikainen’s last working day will be approximately 30 June 2023. He has worked at Relais Group since 2017.

The recruitment process for finding a new CFO for Relais Group has already been started.
