Relais Group Plc is investigating the possibility of transferring its shares to Nasdaq Helsinki Main Market
The Board of Directors of Relais Group Plc (“Company”, “Relais”), a leading consolidator in the Nordic vehicle aftermarket, has decided to investigate the possibility of transferring the Company’s shares to Nasdaq Helsinki Main Market during 2022 at the earliest.
Relais Group Plc’s shares have been listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland since October 2019. In the Company’s view, transferring the shares to the Main Market could support the implementation of the Company’s recalibrated strategy, published earlier today, and the acceleration of the Company’s acquisition activities. Additionally, a transfer is expected to open up new financing channels for Relais as well as increase the awareness of the Company among its customers, partners, potential acquisition targets and investors. A possible transfer is also expected to support the achievement of a wider ownership base and increased liquidity of Relais’ shares.
