Relais Group Plc has published its annual reporting package for 2023. The annual reporting package comprises of the Report of the Board of Directors, the Financial Statements and the Auditor's Report, the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report as well as the Annual and Sustainability Review. The reports are attached to this release and are also available on our website at https://relais.fi/en/investors/.
Relais Group's Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements are published in Finnish. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements and notes to the Financial Statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, Authorised Public Accountants has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Relais Group Plc’s ESEF Financial Statements in Finnish in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).
