BRAND NEW RELISH COOKBOOK APP LAUNCHED
Fine Dining and Restaurant Guides publisher Relish Publications has launched its own bookstore application available from i-tunes to bring their hard back series of publications to a brand new audience.
The application features three of the books from the current series immediately and with an additional three titles launching this year, will offer a countrywide guide to the best restaurants and the recipes of the best chefs in the UK, from one location. All downloadable books follow the same format of the hard back books, with around 25 restaurants and chefs featured in each book, and with around 90 recipes and a complete larder guide to the best local produce in each area.
The new online bookstore app is Free to download from I-tunes and means that Relish can now reach a global market, where interest in British cuisine is at an all time high. The prospects for sales online of the book overseas is enhanced because of the major ex patriot communities around the world and also the huge amount of tourism in the various regions featured in each of the guides.
The books also have a large new UK based audience with those who love the convenience of a tablet device being able to get the full hard back book quality through the downloadable format.
The format for the recipe books means that they offer both a practical guide to those searching for the best restaurants in a region, and inspiring recipes to those with flair in the kitchen. The new format is suitable for all tablet devices and with hi-res HD full colour tablets now the norm following the launch of devices like Kindle Fire and Galaxy to challenge the dominant Ipad, the market for downloadable high quality cookery books now exists.
