Relish Scotland Second Helping is a new cookbook from Relish Publications and the launch on Monday the 25th February will see Scotland's finest chefs celebrate with drinks and canapes in the beautiful surroundings of Mark Greenaway's new Restaurant. This hard backed book is a must-have for all aspiring chefs and armchair cooks.
