‘Simply Novelli’ Launches
Relish Publications, has launched Jean Christophe Novelli’s new book entitled ‘Simply Novelli’. His latest offering features well over 100 classic dishes and Jean Christophe Novelli commented: ‘I aim to eliminate the myth that preparing French food can be complicated and daunting and hopefully encourage more people to try some of the most famous French classics ever created.’
The book is available now, and the first public outing for Jean Christophe promoting the book, will be at Waterstones in Islington on 5th November, where he will be available for interviews, and hosting a book signing between 1.00pm and 2.30pm
Jean-Christophe Novelli’s is lauded by his peers, known globally for his cookery school, and has been the face of major television shows including Hell’s Kitchen.
His latest book reflects on classic French cuisine, which is traditionally among the most complex and sophisticated cookery and takes a contemporary spin, making classic French cookery a pursuit that even basic cooks can achieve. His focus on quality produce and natural ingredients and his use of classic techniques to bring greater flair to the kitchen will make this a best seller over the seasonal period.
