Commenting on the launch of the latest book, Duncan Peters from Relish Publications said: ‘Scotland is probably our favourite region because it offers absolutely everything you desire when pulling together a fantastic cookery book, and a packed guide to fine dining.’

‘This Relish Fine Dining Guide and Recipe book is undoubtedly one of the most impressive books we have produced, because we have added new features to this book including our Michelin star spotlights. This is a real coup for the Relish team, because our reputation has grown over the years, and now we have the ability to attract every Michelin starred chef in the country to join forces and provide content for this excellent book.’

‘We altered the format from other books in the series giving each Michelin starred spotlight a double page spread within the book, and so this turns the guide into an exceptional read for the food lover, an outstanding recipe book with over 80 recipes, and finally the best guide to eating in Scotland ever produced. Packed with outstanding restaurants, enormously talented chefs and wonderful locations, this book has been an absolute pleasure to compile. We have met some of the best names in the industry over the last 5 years, producing the series of books, and we always knew that Scotland would be a treasure trove of great restaurants. The high standard of all the restaurants featured and the really talented chefs that operate across the whole of Scotland makes this compilation a food lovers’ dream.’

'Our launch at The Old Course Hotel is a fitting location to bring together the very best in the culinary world, as this is an exceptional venue for exceptional chefs and their executive teams. We wanted a location which would be ideal for a celebration of the quality and the joy which has gone into producing this book, and The Old Course seemed the perfect fit.'
