The launch at The Old Course Hotel was a fantastic way to celebrate the hard work of everyone involved, and we thoroughly enjoyed having over 90 of the most talented people in the industry here to celebrate with us.’

Dylan Kelly, Marketing Manager from The Old Course Hotel commented; “We are delighted to be a part of the launch of 'Relish Scotland Third Helping’, and St Andrews is the perfect setting for such a culinary work of art. Our Road Hole Restaurant is one of no fewer than five unique dining experiences at the resort, and it is the 'home of Scottish cuisine in the home of golf'. We have a fantastic team of highly talented chefs, led by Executive Chef, Martin Hollis. Martin and his team draw on inspiration from our unique location, overlooking the stunning views of Old Course and the West Sands beyond. They work closely with local producers and suppliers to ensure they use the very best of Scotland’s larder, providing exceptional seasonal dining experiences for all our visitors and guests."

Duncan Peters continued: ‘This Relish Fine Dining Guide and Recipe book is undoubtedly one of the most impressive books we have produced, because we have added new features to this book including our Michelin star spotlights. This is a real coup for the Relish team, because our reputation has grown over the years, and now we have the ability to attract every Michelin starred chef in the country to join forces and provide content for this excellent book.’

Thanks were given at the event to the Old Course Hotel for their exceptional service on the day, and also to the drinks sponsors for the event Caorunn Gin and Laurent Perrier, who complimented the event perfectly.
