The annual "Top Places to Live" list is released each spring celebrates the top communities as nominated by their residents & local businesses. RelocateAmerica's Research Group determines the list based on review of various data gathered for economic, employment, housing, education, industry, opportunity, environment and recreation along with feedback from area leaders & residents.
