Charles Perry, a Service Engineer with authorized Roland dealer Nazdar SourceOne, works on a Roland wide-format printer in a troubleshooting challenge held during the recent North American regional finals of Roland DG Corporation's Global SE Awards. Twelve Roland Service Engineers competed in a series of hands-on and written tests conducted over the course of the two-day event at Roland DGA headquarters in Irvine, Calif.
