Bespoke furniture company, Stoneham Kitchens, celebrate 150 years of British manufacturing excellence by launching four brand new kitchen ranges at Grand Designs Live. The show, which took place between 3 – 11 May at ExCel, London, was the perfect opportunity to present the handle-less Neame and Bewl, and preview Stoneham’s new lower price offerings, Fahrenheit and Fahrenheit Pro.

“Stoneham Kitchens has been producing innovative furniture since 1864,” says Managing Director, Adrian Stoneham. “We’ve been exhibiting at Grand Designs Live for six years now, and saw it as a great place to unveil the latest ranges, alongside some Stoneham classics, like Knole and Strata.”

The theme of established excellence and cutting edge innovation informed the design of the stunning kitchen displays at the Stoneham Kitchens stand.

The new Bewl and Neame ranges were combined to create a focal painted island; it featured solid maple and walnut drawers, complete with built in lighting, and an integrated Gaggenau wine cooler. In-frame Bewl boasts flush doors, which were shown with Banister Chrome handles to complete the smart look. Neame offers a contemporary twist on an in-frame style, with concealed handles for a smooth exterior.

“With concealed handles, integrated storage and a wide range of colour options available, the new ranges are as functional as they are beautiful,” explains Sales Director, Howard Stoneham.

Stoneham also previewed new ranges Fahrenheit and Fahrenheit Pro. The new ranges are pitched at a competitive entry level price for discerning home owners seeking the technical refinement and product flexibility for which Stoneham are renowned, but at an affordable price.

The winners of two Stoneham art and design competitions, Kitchen of the Future and the Stoneham Doodle, were also announced; the winners and runners up from schools in Bexley and Bromley were invited as special guests to Grand Designs on Sunday 11 May to receive Amazon vouchers, Stoneham commemorative mugs and funds for the art and design departments of the winning schools.

“By encouraging the next generation of designers and continuing to produce new, exciting kitchen solutions, we’re looking forward to another 150 years in business!” says Adrian Stoneham.
