ANDERS BYSTRÖM APPOINTED NEW VICE PRESIDENT

Anders Byström has been appointed new Executive Vice President of Rottneros as of November 1 2002. Since 1999 he has held the position as Chief Financial Officer of the company which position he is continuing. The post Executive Vice President is new established.
