Rottneros postpones the AGM

Due to the uncertain global development related to the corona virus Rottneros' Board of Directors has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on 28 April 2020. The AGM will be held no later than 30 June 2020.

 

In the current extraordinary situation when the corona virus pandemic is still spreading and the impact on the global economy is uncertain, Rottneros’ Board of Directors has decided to postpone the planned AGM.

Until date Rottneros’ operations are running at normal capacity. Rottneros has a strong balance sheet and good liquidity. The Board of Directors continues to monitor the situation.

The AGM will be held no later than 30 June 2020. An invitation will be sent out at least four weeks prior to the AGM.
