CFO Christian Luiga to leave Saab

Saab’s CFO and Deputy CEO Christian Luiga has decided to leave Saab in order to pursue a new opportunity at a global company in a different industry segment.

“Christian has done a great job during his years at Saab. He is an inspiring leader as well as a strong financial officer. I want to thank him for his strong contribution to the company and wish him the best of luck in his new role”, says Micael Johansson, President and CEO of Saab.

“I have really enjoyed my time at Saab and it is a fantastic company with great opportunities. I will miss all the colleagues that I have got to know during these years and I look forward to following the continued success of the company from the sideline”, says Christian Luiga, Deputy CEO and CFO at Saab. 

Christian has a notice period of six months and will stay with Saab until latest 3 October in order to ensure a smooth transition to his successor. 

The recruitment process to find a successor has been initiated.
