We are very pleased to announce that the Rescue Services in the department of Gers, SDIS 32 in southwestern France have ordered their first RescueRunner system.

Through our French distributor Fire Technologies Eurl, another Fire Rescue Service department in France order a RescueRunner system. The Fire Rescue Service department will primarily use the new RescueRunner as reinforcement in the event of floodings in the area. The RescueRunner system is a very flexible and efficient boat system that can operate in shallow and inaccessible waters and crucial for the Fire Rescue Service department’s choice of boat system was the RescueRunner unbeatable durability, the manoeuvrability, the water jet propulsion enabling operations in shallow water and the unique ability to clean the water jet from above through the water jet cleaning hatch.

The RescueRunner system was once developed by the Swedish Sea Rescue Organisation for rescue missions in shallow and rocky areas where other boats cannot go.

This order from the Fire Rescue Service department of Gers, SDIS in southwestern France is the second order to the French Fire Rescue Service departments in 2021. Our RescueRunner system is well proven in these missions by several other Fire Rescue Service departments, for example the SDIS in Orleans, Grenoble and Melun and others. We hope that other departments will follow and integrate the RescueRunner systems into their fleet.

We are very happy that more and more fire fire rescue services globally discover the versatility and usability of  the RescueRunner system. We are very grateful for SDIS32 trusting and selecting our products and we wish them all the best, says Linda Ahl, VP Sales & Business Development at Safe at Sea AB (publ).

The RescueRunner system will be delivered in Q4 2021.

Order value approx 345 000 SEK
