Change of Certified Adviser and to the Board of Directors of Safello Group AB
Stockholm, 23 March 2022 | Sweden’s leading crypto broker Safello today announces that Safello will appoint Amudova AB as Certified Adviser for Safello Group AB. The change of Certified Adviser to Amudova AB will become effective on 19 July 2022, up until then Corpura Fondkommission AB will continue to act as Certified Adviser. Christina Ploom has therefore notified the Board of Directors of Safello Group AB that she will not be available for re-election as a board member in connection with Safello Group AB’s Annual General Meeting which will be held on 27 April 2022. Christina Ploom is CEO and Senior Advisor of Amudova AB and has been a board member of Safello Group AB since 2021.
Information regarding the proposed new board composition will be provided in the notice to the Annual General Meeting. In connection with Christina Ploom's resignation Amudova AB will be appointed as new Certified Adviser for Safello Group AB.
