SAGAX’S HEAD OF ASSET MANAGEMENT FOR SWEDEN RETIRES

The Head of Asset Management for Sagax Sweden, Urban Sjölund, is leaving after 10 years at the company. Urban is to retire on 1 January 2025 and will be at the company’s disposal until a successor has assumed office. SAGAX INVESTS SEK 750 MILLION THROUGH 8 TRANSACTIONS

Sagax has through 8 separate transactions acquired 18 properties for the equivalent of SEK 750 million. The properties comprise a lettable area of 85,000 square metres and 209,000 square metres of land, of which 18,000 square metres is held with site leasehold title. One property with an estimated rental value of SEK 6 million is acquired vacant. SAGAX INVESTS SEK 1,585 MILLION IN FRANCE

On 5 May 2024 (Press release no. 7, 2024), Sagax announced that it had acquired 27% of a property portfolio in France comprising 43 properties with 285,000 square metres of lettable area and 902,000 square metres of freehold land. SAGAX HAS ISSUED A 6-YEAR GREEN BOND LOAN IN THE EUROPEAN CAPITAL MARKET

Sagax has issued an unsecured green bond loan of EUR 500 million in the European capital market. The issue has been carried out under the company’s EMTN programme. The bond loan has a maturity of 6 years with maturity date on 29 May 2030. The fixed annual interest rate is 4.39 per cent, corresponding to the Euro Mid-Swap plus a margin of 1.55 per cent. SAGAX INVESTS SEK 645 MILLION
