NEW NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES

The number of shares and votes in AB Sagax (publ) has changed due to the directed share issue completed in November 2023. In the directed share issue, 10,000,000 common shares of class B were issued. As of 30 November 2023, the total number of shares amounts to 466,595,984, divided between 26,540,334 common shares of class A, 313,794,321 common shares of class B (of which 2,000,000 shares are held in treasury) and 126,261,329 common shares of class D. SAGAX INVESTS SEK 645 MILLION

On 26 October 2023, Sagax announced that the company had agreed to acquire 47 properties in France for SEK 930 million and that the investment, under certain conditions, could be increased by SEK 485 million (Press release no. 23, 2023).The conditions have now been met and Sagax has entered into an agreement regarding a sale- and leaseback transaction concerning 19 additional properties. SAGAX INVESTS SEK 930 MILLION IN FRANCE WITH A POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL INVESTMENT OF SEK 485 MILLION

Sagax has entered into an agreement with a world leader in construction and maintenance of transport infrastructures regarding a sale- and leaseback transaction concerning 47 properties in France. Sagax has through 4 separate transactions acquired 10 properties for the equivalent of SEK 425 million. SAGAX INVESTS SEK 760 MILLION IN A CROSS-DOCK AND WAREHOUSE PORTFOLIO IN SPAIN

Sagax has acquired a portfolio of 19 properties in Spain for the equivalent of SEK 760 million. The properties comprise a lettable area of 90,300 square metres consisting of premises for cross-docking and warehousing purposes.
