Lennart Sten becomes senior advisor to SBB's board

Lennart Sten will assume office as senior advisor to the board of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") on 1 February 2024.

“I look forward to working with the SBB team and contribute to strengthening SBB’s position as a leading Nordic company within social infrastructure in the long term”, says Lennart Sten.

“Lennart Sten’s solid experience and broad international network will be very valuable in the implementation of the company’s strategy. With Lennart’s support the Board's capability to support the management team in the work to strengthen SBB's financial position is increased", says Lennart Schuss, SBB's chairman of the board.

Lennart Sten has extensive experience in leadership and value creation from the European real estate market. Lennart has earlier been CEO and chairman of the board for several companies and has been European president and CEO of GE Real Estate and CEO of Fabege. Most recently, he was the CEO and founder of Svenska Handelsfastigheter. Lennart is chairman of the board of CLS Holdings, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, and Klarabo. He is also a member of the board of Interogo Holding in the Ikea sphere. He was previously chairman of the Swedish Property Federation.
