(the “Funds") notifying an intention to accelerate their respective holdings of SBB's 2028 and 2029 Notes issued under the 2020 and 2021 EMTN programme (the "Additional Letters"). SBB divests elderly care properties in Västerås and Flen

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB ("SBB") has entered into an agreement to divest the properties Västerås Sågklingan 6 and Flen Vävskeden 21 to Nordisk Renting with an estimated closing date for Västerås Sågklingan 6 around the end of 2024 and Flen Vävskeden 21 during the third quarter of 2025. The lettable area for the elderly care properties is expected to total approximately 13,900 square metres. The transaction is based on an underlying property value of SEK 679 million before deduction of deferred tax of 5.15 percent, which means a total payment of approximately SEK 672 million.

SBB divests remand prison project in Västerås

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB ("SBB") and K2A have entered into an agreement to divest the properties part of Ångpannan 10, Ångpannan 12 and part of Västerås 1:202 in Västerås to Intea with an estimated exit during the second quarter of 2025. SBB extends lease agreement of 15 years with Hässleholm Municipality

SBB has extended a lease agreement with Hässleholm Municipality. The agreement covers an area of 5,385 sqm in the property Lille Mats 4, Kaptensgården, and spans a period of 15 years.
