Record date for the dividend resolved by the Annual General Meeting 2023 set to June 27, 2024

On April 28, 2023, the annual general meeting of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) resolved to distribute a dividend to the common shareholders of SEK 1.44 per Class A and Class B share respectively and SEK 2.00 per Class D share. On June 14, 2023, the extraordinary general meeting resolved to authorize the Board of Directors to determine the numbers of record dates and the dates on which these shall occur in relation to the resolution on dividend resolved on by the company’s annual general meeting 2023. As a result thereof, dividend of SEK 1.20 per Class A and Class B share respectively and SEK 2.00 per Class D share remains to be paid. The record date for such dividend must be at the latest the day before the annual general meeting 2024.

In light of that the Board of Directors of SBB today has summoned to the annual general meeting 2024, to be held on June 28, 2024, the Board of Directors of SBB has also determined that the record date for the remaining part of dividend for all classes of shares shall be June 27, 2024. The dividend is expected to be paid through Euroclear Sweden AB on July 2, 2024.
