S&P Global Ratings has today announced that Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") has been assigned a BB rating with positive outlook. This is SBB’s second public rating from a leading credit rating agency with a BB rating with positive outlook following the BB rating with positive outlook SBB was assigned by Fitch in May 2018.

"S&P emphasizes our strengthened financial position and indicates a possible rating upgrade. We are continuing our journey to an Investment Grade rating," says Ilija Batljan, CEO and Founder of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.

S&P highlights in its rating SBB’s stable revenue and high-qualitive low-risk portfolio consisting of Swedish rental residentials and Nordic community service properties, where municipalities or the state ultimately guarantee the tenants.
