Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) acquires 135 apartments in Stockholm
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) today announces the acquisition of 135 apartments in Stockholm from Bouwfonds European Residential. The portfolio is divided into six residential properties (three are leasehold properties).

The acquisition is in line with the SBB’s business strategy to own and manage community service properties in the Nordics and rent regulated residentials in Sweden’s growth cities.
In total, the acquisition comprises 6,718 sqm of leasable area built between 2000 and 2007. The properties are located in good locations with good communication in Gubbängen (1), Sicklaön (2), Orminge (2) and Lännersta (1). The properties are fully let with a total annual rental income of approximately SEK 12.1 million.
