Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB acquires homes for SEK 423m from the municipal real estate company HFAB
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) acquires seven rent regulated residential properties in Halmstad from the municipal real estate company HFAB. The property portfolio consists of a total lettable area of approximately 15,000 sq.m. and the number of apartments amounts to 175, the majority of which are located in central Halmstad. SBB already owns community service properties of 53,000 sqm in Halmstad and through this acquisition, SBB expands to also offer housing in the area.
