Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB issues senior unsecured notes for SEK 250 million

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB” or the ”Company”) issues senior unsecured notes for SEK 250 million at a floating interest rate of Stibor 3m + 365 basis points and final maturity of just over three years. The notes will be issued on 16 March 2018.

”We continue to lower our financial costs as well as strengthening our financial position. The SEK 250 million notes issue is part of this process.” says Ilija Batljan, CEO and founder of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.

The net proceeds will be deployed towards general corporate purposes. The notes are issued under a framework of SEK 1,000 and SBB intends to list the notes on Nasdaq Stockholm.
