SBB acquires 48,000 sqm residential properties and social infrastructure properties in southern Sweden

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") continues to grow its portfolio of social infrastructure properties through the purchase of 48,000 sq.m. of rent regulated residentials and social infrastructure properties. All 451 apartments are located in attractive and central locations in Malmö-Limhamn, Staffanstorp, Höganäs and Helsingborg. The purchased portfolios also include 25,000 sqm properties with a potential for developing building rights.

Rental income is SEK 73.9m and net operating income is SEK 53.3m.
