SBB acquires care units in Finland for EUR 15.7m

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) acquires five properties in Finland with a focus on the Helsinki metropolitan area with locations in Espoo and Vantaa. The properties are newly built and fully let with an average contract length of eight years. The properties comprise residentials and care buildings for the elderly and people with disabilities with a total lettable area of ​​about 5,100 sqm. Net operating income amounts to EUR 860,000 and the rents are fully indexed.
