SBB acquires community service properties and rent regulated residentials in Stockholm, Västerås and Helsingborg for an agreed property value of a total of SEK 1.25bn
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) acquires through three separate deals 27 properties in Stockholm, Västerås and Helsingborg with a total lettable area of 40,600 sq.m. The total rental income amounts to SEK 76m with a net operating income of SEK 58m, 85 per cent of the revenue is generated from community service properties and 15 per cent from residentials. The community service properties are mainly used for elderly care homes, LSS housing, schools and a police station and are leased to community service tenants where 60 per cent of the rental income is generated from municipal rental agreements.
