SBB completes sale of properties in Finspång

On 8 July 2022, Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) communicated a sale of 23 properties in the municipality of Finspång (see attachment). The deal has been conditional upon financing. The deal is now unconditional and closing will take place on 31 October 2022.
