Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB” or the ”Company”) has mandated Danske Bank, DNB, Nordea and Swedbank to investigate the conditions for an issue of new hybrid bonds, denominated in SEK with a framework amount of SEK 1,500m and with a tenor to the first call date of over five years.

”The Company’s target is to meet the criteria for an investment grade rating from one of the leading credit rating agencies, at the latest by the end of 2018. Moreover, an issue of hybrid bonds will further strengthen the Company’s financial position and, from a rating perspective, is expected to strengthen the equity position corresponding to half of the issued amount,” says Ilija Batljan, CEO and founder of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.
