SBB divests public office property in Södertälje

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) has signed an agreement for the sale of the property Södertälje Fjärilen 22 with Offentliga Hus i Norden AB (publ) (“Offentliga Hus”). The transaction is unconditional and takes place through company acquisitions. Completion will take place on 1 December 2020.

The lettable area amounts to almost 5,600 sq. m . and consists of premises let to public sector tenants. The property is fully let to the Swedish Tax Agency and the Swedish Public Employment Service. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 151 million, which is in line with the most recent quarterly valuation.
