Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) is selling the residential property Gasugnen 24 in Örebro to Husherren at an agreed property value of SEK 400 million. The property has a total lettable area of 10,543 sqm, of which 9,023 sqm consists of residentials. Total rental income for 2022 excluding surcharges is estimated at SEK 20.3 million.

“We have had challenges in achieving sufficient management volume in residential properties in Örebro and our main priority now is strengthened credit ratios. It also feels important that the buyer is a professional and long-term local property manager. The agreed property value in the transaction is in line with the book value,” comments Oscar Lekander, Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer, Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.

The deal has been signed and closing will take place on 29 August, 2022.
