SBB divests seven properties for SEK 186 million
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (”SBB") is divesting seven properties in different Swedish municipalities in three different transactions. The sale price amounts to approximately SEK 186 million after deductions for overheads and deferred tax of a total of approximately SEK 11 million. The underlying property value exceeds book value by approximately 3 percent.
The properties (within the segments other, education and residentials) have approximately 16,000 sqm of lettable area and a rental value of approximately SEK 14.8 million per year. The tenants are a mix of commercial tenants, public tenants and residential tenants. Two closings have already taken place and the last closing will take place during the fourth quarter of 2022.
The proceeds from the sales are intended to be used to buy back bonds.
