SBB engages ABG Sundal Collier as liquidity provider

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB” or ”the Company”) has entered into an agreement with ABG Sundal Collier ASA (”ABGSC”) that ABGSC shall act as liquidity provider for the Company’s D share. The commitment is carried out within the framework of Nasdaq Stockholm AB’s regulation on liquidity providers and means that the liquidity provider will quote bid and offer prices corresponding to a volume of at least SEK 15,000 with a maximum spread of 4 % between bid and offer price. The purpose is to promote the share’s liquidity and the commitment begins on March 5, 2019.
