SBB extends lease agreement with Mid Sweden University in Sundsvall, signs ten year Green lease agreement with a rental value of approximately SEK 41.4m per year

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) has signed a ten-year lease agreement with Mid Sweden University. Mid Sweden University will rent just over 26,000 sq.m. in Sundsvall in the Åkroken 1 property at an annual rental value of approximately SEK 41.4m. The lease agreement that is signed is a Green lease agreement where SBB cooperates with its tenants to reduce the environmental impact through lower energy use.
