Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") has entered into agreements for the sale of 46 properties, mainly within office, LSS and HVB segments, located foremost in the mid- and southern part of Sweden. The sale is carried out to an agreed property value exceeding SEK 1bn which exceeds the book value with approximately 10 per cent.
