SBB has signed new leases with a rental value of approximately SEK 314 million during the contract period

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”) has signed new lease agreements for approximately 21,100 square meters and with a rental value of approximately SEK 314m during the contract period. The largest tenant is the Swedish Government through the Police Authority, the Employment Service Agency and the Social Insurance Office as well as a private elderly care operator. The WAULT for the newly signed lease is 9.8 years.
