SBB has successfully issued a EUR 50m senior unsecured bond with a term of 20 years
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”) has successfully issued a EUR 50m senior unsecured bond (Private Placement) in the European debt capital markets. The bond has a term of 20 years with a fixed annual coupon of 2.75 per cent. The bond matures 3 April 2040. The issuance will settle on 03 April 2020 with listing on Euronext Dublin.
