SBB initiates due diligence of Entra

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") on Friday 27 November 2020 announced the voluntary offer to acquire Entra ASA to create the leading European social infrastructure player. The completion of the offer is among other conditions subject to satisfactory due diligence. SBB has now signed the appropriate NDA with Entra to initiate the due diligence.
