Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") has owned Mosjö School in Örebro since 2019. The project involves the rebuilding and extension of the school, which covers a total of 3,862 square meters. The lease is for 30 years and the tenant is the Municipality of Örebro.

Mosjö School is expanding and needs larger premises. The school is a primary school and the project includes a two-storey extension containing classrooms and staff rooms and the reconstruction of, among other things, special rooms, dining room and kitchen. The extension is connected to the existing school with a connecting link that also functions as an entrance and wind trap. Upon completion, the building will meet the requirements according to Miljöbyggnad Silver.

"SBB has a long-term collaboration with the Municipality and we are now happy to be able to ensure that more students have access to a school closer to home. Currently, students are sent by bus to other schools. To avoid this, we are also doing the necessary renovations of the music, home economics and craft rooms. It is fantastic to be able to offer school places to students who are currently shuttled to other schools from the autumn 2025," says Maria Liderås, Regional Manager at Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.
