SBB made sales of SEK 330 million in November
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) has during November agreed to sell five properties in Västervik, Fagersta and Halmstad. The sales are carried out in line with the latest external valuation totalling SEK 330 million. The buyers are Västervik municipality, Fagersta municipality and a local property company. The properties consist of offices and retirement homes where the primary tenants are the respective municipalities. The transactions involve a liquidity contribution of approximately SEK 230 million.
"We see a continued strong interest from municipalities in acquiring properties from SBB. We have completed several municipal transactions during the year and our ambition is to make more transactions with municipalities and private tenants to strengthen the company's financial position," says Leiv Synnes, CEO of SBB.
