SBB sells 25 percent of the shares in Solon Eiendom Holding AS to OBOS
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) and OBOS currently own Solon Eiendom Holding AS (“Solon Holding”) as a jointly owned company. Solon Holding in turn owns 100 percent of the shares in Solon Eiendom AS ("Solon"). SBB is selling shares corresponding to 25 percent of the total number of shares in Solon Holding to OBOS. The deal is subject to competition approvals. The purchase price in the transaction is NOK 818.6 million.
